Mornings start with movement and breath. Meals come from what the land is giving right now, starting with the new season's olive oil. You'll soak in Granada's Moorish baths beneath the Alhambra and practice the Spanish of rest: descansar, soltar, respirar. There's no itinerary sprint, just room to decide what you're carrying into 2027 and what you're leaving in Spain.
